Body fitness tips÷


        (TIPS TO SLIM BODY)
        Now a present days the hole world make to his body slim and fitness.But some people are very heavy weight and every day they loses his weight..They see the ads.They Take products and take medicine..But the weight are not well.So they are unhappy..
        To maintain his body i give some Tips÷
  1..Always wake up early in the morning and take water 2-3 litre medium warm water in daily life..
2..Don't eat oily breakfast and dinner in your daily life...
3..Don't eat burger and noodles because in chiness food have much oily  to produce fat in your body..
4..Always take juice like as Apple,orange and pineapple.Its are benefit to maintain your body..
5...Every morning 10-15 mintues walk and exercise in your daily life...
6..Afternoon lunch you take little and dinner you early.
7...Always be happy and don't sleep after the lunch and dinner.
8...Don't take more time in day..Because tea has heavy product.Its produce gas in your stomach..
